Dog Friendly

Holidays with your whole family should be a breeze, that's why we allow you to bring your pouch on holiday with you free of charge.

An additional dog can also be brought on holiday with you for a small fee, you can add your extra dog during registration on the upselling page.

That’s why we are dog-friendly.

We have lots of coastline and countryside to explore, dog friendly beaches, numerous dog friendly venues, pubs and restaurants right on your doorstep. 

You and your pooch can explore Bridlington and its surrounding area together all year round.

Canine Code of Conduct

We welcome well behaved dogs, however we don't accept dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act which are, Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro and Japanese Tosa.

Dogs must not be left alone in the apartment and must be kept on a lead in all communal areas.

Please don't let your dog on the furniture, especially sofas and beds.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog.

Please clean muddy dogs before entering the building.

If the apartment requires additional cleaning due to excessive dog hair or if dogs have been in the bedrooms, or on a sofa, we will charge a £50 fee to cover the extra cleaning costs.

You are responsible for your dog and you will be charged for any damage caused by your dog.

If you have a dog that's noisy or behaving badly, we may ask you to take them away, so please keep your dog on a lead and make sure a responsible adult is supervising it.
